(a) Foster family agencies as defined in Section 88001(f)(1) shall be governed by the provisions in this chapter. In addition, such foster family agencies, except where specified otherwise in this chapter, shall be governed by Chapter 1, General Licensing Requirements.(b) Where the term, "facility," is used in Chapter 1, General Licensing Requirements, it includes all components of a foster family agency program including its administrative function, the operation of certified family homes and the subsequent placement of children.Cal.
