Section 87827 - Initial Application Review(a) Within 90 days of receipt by the Department of the application specified in Section 87818, the Department shall give written notice to the applicant of one of the following: (1) The application is complete.(2) The application is deficient, describing what documents are outstanding and/or inadequate, and informing the applicant that the information must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the notice.(b) If the applicant does not submit the requested information within the 30 days specified in (a)(2) above, the application shall be deemed withdrawn, provided that the Department has not denied or taken action to deny the application. (1) If the applicant plans to continue the application process, the applicant shall be required to submit a new application Form LIC 200 as specified in Section 87834(b).(2) The above requirement shall not apply to applications for facilities under construction.Cal.
