Section 81045 - Evaluation Visits(a) A social rehabilitation facility shall be evaluated as specified in Health and Safety Code sections 1534 and 1548.(b) The licensing agency shall have the authority to make any number of other visits to a facility in order to determine compliance with applicable law and regulation.Cal.
