Section 79677 - Dental Service Staff(a) A dentist shall have overall responsibility for the dental service.(b) The dental service shall be staffed by a sufficient number of dentists along with auxiliary dental personnel to render proper dental care.(c) When dental hygienists or dental laboratory technicians are employed, they shall work under the supervision of the dentist who is responsible for the dental service.Cal.
