Section 58074 - Annual Report of the Agency's Quality Assurance Program(a) An Annual written report of the agency's quality assurance program shall be prepared and submitted to the governing authority. The report shall summarize all findings and recommendations resulting from the quality assurance activities. This report and documentation of all actions on the findings or recommendations shall be available to the contracting Issuer(s) and the Department of Health Services (DHS).Cal. Code Regs.
