"Licensed Substance Use Disorder Treatment Professional" means an individual that provides medically necessary, clinical services prescribed for beneficiaries admitted, registered, or accepted for care by the substance use disorder clinic and is either:
(a) A physician licensed by the Medical Board of California or by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California; or(b) A psychologist licensed by the Board of Psychology; or(c) A clinical social worker or marriage family therapist licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.Cal.
