Section 50529 - Federal Housing Assistance(a) Federal housing assistance in the form of rent subsidies, loans or partial house payments under the U. S. Housing Act of 1937, the National Housing Act, Title V of the Housing Act of 1949 or the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 shall be exempt.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 50529
