Section 42130 - Special Hospital

Where hospital care is required for certain limited or specialized types of cases, hospitals which do not meet all of the above requirements may be used, provided it has been determined by the Department that the hospital can provide adequate services to meet the special need.

Change without regulatory effect repealing chapter 7 and article 3 headings, relocating article 4 heading from preceding section 42420 to preceding section 42130, renumbering former section 42130 to section 41700 and renumbering former section 42420 to section 42130, including amendment of section and NOTE, filed 1-28-2009 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2009, No. 5).
