Section 126010 - Applicability of Regulations(a) The regulations in this chapter apply to demonstration project Applicants and Demonstration Project Participants as defined in California Health and Safety Code § 130276.(b) Effective dates. The regulations adopted in this chapter will become inoperative on the date the CalOHII Director executes a declaration stating that the grant period for the State Cooperative Grant Agreement for health information exchange has ended and this chapter will then be repealed.Cal.
