(a) A local child support agency shall advise the custodial party of the requirement to disclose their personal information, as defined in Civil Code of Procedures Section 1798.3(a), on pleadings in Uniform Interstate Family Support Act cases and the right of the custodial party to sign an "Affidavit of Non-Disclosure," DCSS 0722 (08/20/2023), which is incorporated by reference, to keep their personal information off the documents, if disclosure may put at risk the health, safety or liberty of a party.
