Section 1.16 - (Rule 1.16) Filing Fees

Filing fees required by the Public Utilities Code are set forth in the Table of Filing Fees at the end of the Rules. If the fee in the table conflicts with the fee stated in the appropriate statute, the statute prevails.

Filing fees for documents tendered by hard copy shall be paid by check, money order or credit card. Filing fees for documents tendered electronically shall be paid by credit card.

1. Renumbering of former section 3.4 to new section 1.16, including amendment of section heading, section and NOTE filed 9-13-2006; operative 9-13-2006 pursuant to Government Code section 11351(a) (Register 2006, No. 37).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section filed 12-26-2006 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2006, No. 52).
3. Renumbering of former section 1.16 to section 1.17 and renumbering and amendment of former section 1.15 to section 1.16 filed 6-4-2009; operative 7-4-2009 (Register 2009, No. 23). Submitted to OAL for limited review pursuant to Government Code section 11351 and Public Utilities Code section 311(h).
