A non-represented employee is defined in section 599.619 of these regulations.
Non-represented employees in job classifications which require the purchase and regular, continuing wear of uniforms as a condition of employment will receive an annual uniform replacement allowance consistent with the allowance received by subordinate, represented employees in related classifications. The amount of such allowance shall be determined annually by the Department. Non-represented employees in an established uniform classification who are not required to wear a uniform on a regular, continuing basis will receive an amount determined annually by the Department. Such amount shall not exceed the full amount for that uniform classification.
