Section 60065.17 - Withdrawal of or Amendment to the Complaint(a) The complainant may without prejudice withdrawal or amend the complaint once as a matter of right at any time before respondent has filed its response.(b) After the response has been filed, the complainant may move to withdraw or amend the complaint. A motion to amend the complaint must include the proposed amendment.
