Section 1379.08 - Report of Changes by Certifying Organization; Review by Board(a) An approved certifying organization shall notify the Board within 30 days thereafter of any changes related to the standards contained in section 1379.07.(b) The Board shall review each approved certifying organization at least once every five (5) years for compliance with the standards set forth in section 1379.07. The Board may, in its discretion, review any certifying organization that has submitted a notice of changes as required by subsection (a).Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 1379.08
