Disagreements about language, content, or acceptability of a proposed article or edition shall be resolved as follows:
(a) Any unresolved disagreement between the supervising editor and incarcerated publication staff shall be referred to the administrative editor for resolution. The administrative editor shall render a decision, which may include reasonable editorial changes, within three working days.(b) If unable to effect a satisfactory resolution, the administrative editor shall forward the material to the institution head who may either make a decision or transmit the matter to the assistant director, communications, for a decision, within three working days of receipt of the disputed material.Cal.
