Section 3195 - Release Clothing

Incarcerated persons scheduled for release and placement to the Alternative Custody Program (ACP), parole or awaiting discharge may receive a release clothing package via U.S. Postal Service or common carrier no earlier than 30 days prior to their scheduled release to ACP, parole or discharge date. Incarcerated person release clothing packages, limited to one set of clothing, shall be retained in a secure location by the department until their release.
