Section 18989.2 - Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance(a) A jurisdiction shall adopt an ordinance or other enforceable requirement that requires compliance with Sections 492.6(a)(3)(B) (C), (D), and (G) of the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7 of the California Code of Regulations as amended September 15, 2015.(b) For the purposes of this section "jurisdiction" means a city, a county, or a city and county.Cal.
