Section 13205 - Acknowledgment Hearing Procedure(a) Commission action on a claim of vested rights shall be supported by written findings of fact. If the commission finds that a claim of vested rights is substantiated, it shall acknowledge the claim. If it finds that a claim is not substantiated, it shall deny the claim. However, if the circumstances suggest that a claimant may be able to provide additional information to substantiate the claim or that other evidence is pertinent to the claim, the matter may be continued for the purpose of submitting further evidence and for action at the next succeeding meeting following the receipt and review of the information.(b) Claims which the executive director recommends be acknowledged may be placed on a consent calendar and processed in the manner provided by Sections 13101 and 13103.(c) All other claims shall be processed in the manner provided by Sections 13073, 13074, and 13090-13096.Cal.
