Section 13192 - Distribution of Notice of Hearings on Proposed Restoration Order

At least ten (10) days prior to a hearing on a proposed restoration order, the executive director shall transmit written notice of the date, time, and place of the hearing to all alleged violators and to all members of the public who have requested in writing that they receive such notice. This written notice may be transmitted by regular mail to the last known address of each recipient, or by electronic mail to any person who has agreed to receive notice in that manner.
