Section 13182 - Distribution of Notice of Hearings on Proposed Cease and Desist Order

At least ten (10) days prior to a hearing on a proposed commission cease and desist order, the executive director shall transmit written notice of the date, time, and place of the hearing to all alleged violators and transmit to all members of the public who have requested in writing that they receive such notice. This written notice may be transmitted by regular mail to the last known address of any recipient, or by electronic mail to any person who has agreed to receive notice in that manner.
