Section 13170 - Transfer of Permits(a) Any person may request that the commission records be revised to reflect that he or she has assumed the rights and obligations of a coastal development permit by acquiring property on which development has been approved, initiated, or completed pursuant to a permit by submission of the following: (1) an affidavit or notarized statement executed by the landowner attesting to the landowner's acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of the permit; and(2) evidence of the landowner's legal interest in the real property involved and legal capacity to undertake the development as approved and to satisfy the conditions required in the permit.(b) Upon the executive director's written approval of the documentation submitted, the documentation shall become part of the project file maintained by the commission.Cal.
