Section 13101 - Procedures for Consent Calendar

Unless otherwise provided in this Article, the procedures set forth in Chapter 5 of these regulations pertaining to permit applications, including staff reports, staff recommendations, resolutions, and voting, shall apply to the consent calendar procedure. All included items shall be considered by the commission as if they constituted a single permit application.

The public shall have the right to present testimony and evidence concerning any item on the consent calendar.
