Section 10412 - Field Trips(a) Whenever the Commission takes a field trip to the site of any proposed project, the Commission meeting notice shall state that the Commission intends to take a field trip, and the Chair shall admonish the Commission members that they shall inform the Commission at the next Commission meeting of any substantive communications they had at the field trip regarding the application with anyone other than a member of the staff or with other Commissioners. The minutes of the next Commission meeting at which the Commission discusses the application shall note the fact of the field trip.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 10412
