Section 6594.26 - Training Grant Reimbursement Procedures(a) Each grantee shall be reimbursed up to the actual allowable costs of conducting Department approved training provided such costs do not exceed the total grant amount and no more than 30 percent of the personnel costs are reimbursed at an overtime hourly pay rate. Under no circumstances will a grantee be reimbursed more than the total amount of the grant.(b) Upon completion of the training, the grantee shall submit a reimbursement packet to the Department that includes the invoice(s) and/or other documentation that substantiates the actual costs as well as a certification that the grantee complied with contract procurement procedures. The grantee shall submit a written request for reimbursement to the Department no later 90 days following the completion of the training program.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 6594.26
