Section 1090.21 - Conformance of NTMP

If the Director determines that the Plan is in conformance with the Rules, then the Person submitting the Plan shall be notified Timber Operations thereunder may only commence after submission of a Notice of Timber Operations as prescribed in 14 CCR § 1090.7.
