Section 1054.1 - Right to Request Public Hearing

Any Person submitting a Plan to whom such Plan is returned by the Director on the grounds that it is not in conformance with the Rules of the Board, may within 10 days of receipt of the Plan request a public hearing before the Board consistent with 14 CCR §§ 1055.2 and 1055.4.
