The written oil transfer procedures or operations manual must be:
(a) available for inspection by Staff whenever the transfer unit is conducting an oil transfer operation;(b) legibly printed in English and any other language or languages used primarily by personnel engaged in the oil transfer operation; and(c) permanently posted or available at the site of transfer where the procedures can be easily seen and used by members of the crew when engaged in oil transfer operations.Cal.
