Section 828.1 - Eligibility for Access to Data from CURES

(a) A public or private entity is eligible to obtain data from CURES, subject to the limitations specified in section 828.2.

(b) A Bona Fide Researcher is eligible to obtain data from CURES.

2. Relocation of article 5 heading from preceding section 828.1 to precede 830.1, relocation of article 3 heading from preceding section 826.1 to precede 828.1, renumbering of former section 828.1 to section 830.1 and renumbering and amendment of former section 826.1 to new section 828.1 filed 8-15-2022; operative 8-15-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2022, No. 33).
