Section 826.3 - Data Accessible to Regulatory Agency Officials(a) Subject to the restrictions of section 826.4, a Regulatory Agency Official may obtain all of the following:(1) A Patient Activity Report.(2) A Prescription History Report.(3) A Serialized Prescription Form Report.(4) A Delegate Audit Report.(5) A User Profile Details Report.(6) A Prescription Form Theft or Loss Report.(7) Any other report generated by CURES available to Regulatory Agency Officials on the Web-Based Application.(b) A Regulatory Agency Official may obtain data from CURES for as long as the data is retained in CURES.Cal.
