Section 810.3 - Administrative Fine(a) The fine for an initial violation shall be a maximum of $1,000 per individual violation.(b) The fine for a subsequent violation shall be a maximum of $2,500 per individual violation.(c) A third violation may result in the filing of an administrative disciplinary action seeking to suspend or revoke the permit.Cal.
