Section 421 - Nonprofit Raffle Program

DOJ shall maintain electronic copies of all registration applications accepted for filing and copies of all reports submitted pursuant to section 320.5 of the Penal Code, which together shall constitute the Nonprofit Raffle Program required by section 320.5 of the Penal Code.

1. New article 3 (sections 421-423) and section filed 6-1-2001 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2001 (Register 2001, No. 22). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-29-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

6. Amendment of article heading, section and NOTE filed 2-13-2023; operative 4-1-2023 (Register 2023, No. 7).
