Section 3667 - Subcontractors, Agents and Franchisees(a) Course providers shall be responsible for the actions of their subcontractors, agents and franchisees for activities subject to this article and shall ensure that said persons and entities comply with this article's provisions.(b) Contracts entered into by or on behalf of course providers for services subject to this article shall contain a requirement that the service provider comply with the provisions of this Article.Cal.
