Section 104.703 - Home Banking Services(a) An association may utilize any electronic fund transfer technology to provide its customers with home banking services, but any devices used by the customer shall not be classified as an electronic terminal for purposes of requiring a terminal receipt.(b) An association providing services authorized by this section shall adopt security measures adequate to prevent unauthorized access to its records or those of its customers or the use of a home terminal to defraud the association or any of its customers.(c) An association may impose service charges for home banking services.Cal.
