Section 103.213 - Certificate of ApprovalPrior to the Commissioner's issuance of the certificate of approval of merger there shall be filed with the Commissioner the following:
(a) Copy of letter from the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation with respect to: (1) Authorization to surviving association to increase insurable account in bulk, if applicable; and(2) Effect, if any, of merger on the surviving association's insurance of accounts or continuation of insured status of accounts.(b) Evidence of compliance with conditions of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board approval.Cal.
