Section 30.700 - Report Regarding Officers and Directors(a) Within 30 days after the board of directors' meeting required by Section 14454 of the Financial Code, the credit union shall file a report with the Commissioner which lists the names of the credit union's officers, including the chief executive officer or individual occupying a similar status or performing similar functions, the members of the board of directors, the members and alternate members of the credit committee or the credit manager, whichever is applicable, and the members of the supervisory committee.(b) Notwithstanding Subdivision (a), a credit union shall notify the Commissioner of any change in the manager or chief executive officer of the credit union no later than 30 days after making the change, unless the change is made within 30 days before the filing of the report required by Subdivision (a) and the change is included in such report.Cal.
