Section 1270 - Agency Notice of Application for Declaratory DecisionWithin 30 days of a receipt of an application for Declaratory Decision, if the application is not returned pursuant to Regulation 1266(a), an Agency must give notice of application receipt to all Persons to whom notice is required by law. This requirement may be satisfied by completing the notice requirements in Regulation 1276 within 30 days of receipt of an application and at least 45 days before issuing a Declaratory Decision.
