Section R2-20-204 - Initial Complaint Processing; NotificationA. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Executive Director shall review the complaint for substantial compliance with the technical requirements of A.A.C. R2-20-203, and, if it complies with those requirements, shall within 5 days after receipt of the complaint notify each respondent that the complaint has been filed, advise each respondent of Commission compliance procedures, and provide each respondent a copy of the complaint.B. If a complaint does not comply with the requirements of A.A.C. R2-20-203, the Executive Director shall so notify the complainant and any person or entity identified therein as respondent, within the 5 day period specified in subsection A, that no action should be taken on the basis of that complaint. A copy of the complaint shall be provided with the notification to each respondent.Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-20-204
