Section 8 AAC 97.140 - Election procedures(a) The labor relations agency may conduct a secret ballot election manually, by mail ballot, by electronic ballot, or by a combination of manual and mail ballot.(b) A party may be represented at the polling places by observers. The exact number of observers per polling place will be established by the labor relations agency.
