Section 8 AAC 20.025 - Investigations(a) The division will investigate potential violations of AS 23.10.375-23.10.400 after the assignment to it of a claim under AS 23.10.385.(b) If, after investigation, the division finds that probable cause exists for believing that a violation of AS 23.10.375-23.10.400 has occurred, it will attempt to correct the unlawful practice by conference and persuasion. The division will provide the employer with a copy of the assignment or a description of the alleged violation and will inform the employer of the results of its investigation.
