Section 7 AAC 140.800 - Free-standing birth center enrollment requirements(a) To be eligible for payment under 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160 for free-standing birth center services, a facility (1) must be enrolled as a free-standing birth center under 7 AAC 105.210; (2) must be licensed under AS 47.32; (3) may not be enrolled under 7 AAC 105.210 as another type of provider; and (4) must be located in this state.
