Section 7 AAC 100.209 - Definitions for Transitional Medicaid

In 7 AAC 100.200 - 7 AAC 100.209, "earnings" means the sum of monthly earned income and self-employment income. In this section, "earned income" and "self-employment income" have the meaning given in 7 AAC 100.199.
