Section 7 AAC 78.200 - Reports(a) To receive grant money under this chapter, a grantee must (1) submit financial and progress reports in accordance with the requirements of the grant agreement; and(2) if requested by the department, (A) furnish the department with confidential information about the recipients of services paid for, in whole or part, by the grant and comply with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including department regulations, regarding the submission of that information; and(B) provide other information that the department considers necessary to evaluate the efficacy of service delivery or compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.(b) The grantee shall submit reports required under (a) of this section in accordance with instructions provided to the grantee by the department.Eff. 4/11/81, Register 78; am 7/21/2002, Register 163; am 6/24/2004, Register 170Authority:AS 18.05.040
