Section 7 AAC 78.130 - Civil rights of recipients of services(a) A grantee shall comply with the requirements of the following federal statutes: (1)42 U.S.C. 2000 d (Civil Rights Act of 1964);(2)41 U.S.C. 701 - 707 (Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988);(3)42 U.S.C. 12101 - 12213 (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990).(b) A grantee shall establish procedures for processing complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, gender, physical or mental disability, or other status or condition described in AS 18.80.220(a)(1).(c) A grantee may not exclude an eligible individual from receiving grant-supported services.
