Section 7 AAC 58.050 - Public outreach,(a) The state panel shall conduct public outreach as required under AS 47.14.245 to solicit comments from the public regarding the department's policies and procedures. The panel shall also use the outreach to inform the public about the panel's work.(b) A meeting of the state panel must be advertised at least two weeks before the scheduled meeting date. The panel shall solicit public comments at each meeting.(c) The state panel shall maintain a public website that provides information on the panel and its activities.(d) The state panel's methods to conduct public outreach may include the following: (3) presentations at community meetings or conferences;(5) advertisements through public media.Eff. 8/8/2020,Register 235, October 2020 Authority:AS 47.14.205
