Section 7 AAC 57.340 - Supervision of employees

A child care facility with one or more employees shall ensure that an inexperienced caregiver has met the requirements under 7 AAC 57.350 and is supervised by an experienced caregiver until the inexperienced caregiver is able to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the children in care.
