Section 7 AAC 52.180 - Volunteers and students

The superintendent shall develop procedures by which volunteers and college students may participate in the programs of a juvenile correctional facility. Volunteers and students may not replace staff, but are to supplement and enrich ongoing programs. Volunteers and students must be screened, trained, and supervised by staff of the facility.
