Section 7 AAC 50.700 - Applicability(a) Except as otherwise provided in 7 AAC 50.700 - 7 AAC 50.790, the provisions of 7 AAC 50.700 - 7 AAC 50.790 apply to maternity homes for persons of any age.(b) In addition to the standards for maternity care set out in 7 AAC 50.700 - 7 AAC 50.790, a maternity home shall comply with the standards for care of children in a residential child care facility prescribed by this chapter.
