Section 7 AAC 12.200 - Scope

A hospital which is primarily engaged in the treatment of one specific type of illness or disability is a specialized hospital, and must comply with 7 AAC 12.200 - 7 AAC 12.210 and the applicable provisions of 7 AAC 12.215 - 7 AAC 12.225.
