6 AAC 80.010
6 AAC 80.010, 6 AAC 80.020, and 6 AAC 80.030 were deleted by the regulations attorney as of Register 170, July 2004. The deleted sections had been adopted by the Coastal Policy Council, which ceased to exist when ch. 24, SLA 2003 took effect on May 22, 2003. The duties and functions of the Coastal Policy Council were transferred by Executive Order 106, which took effect April 15, 2003, from the Office of Management and Budget in the Office of the Governor to the Department of Natural Resources. That department adopted regulations on the subject of 6 AAC 80, effective July 1, 2004, at 11 AAC 112. Under 11 AAC 112.010, the standards of 6 AAC 80.040 - 6 AAC 80.900 continue to apply to consistency reviews initiated under 11 AAC 110 until the standards of 11 AAC 112 are approved by the United States Department of Commerce. However, the deleted sections were made obsolete immediately by the adoption of 11 AAC 112.
