Section 6 AAC 40.900 - Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, in this chapter

(1) "existing program" means a program that provided or provides aid, goods, or services in state fiscal year 1982 or 1983;

(2) "grantee program" means the program for which the applicant seeks a grant for state fiscal year 1983; it may be an existing program.
